Founder, Jocelyn V. Cinquino, J.D., M.A., is a skilled jury consultant with over fifteen years of experience in litigation whose expertise in psychology and law has been applied to hundreds of civil and criminal cases throughout the country. She holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and a M.A. in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York. She also received a B.A. in political science from Elmira College in New York. Ms. Cinquino is admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association-Litigation Division.

Ms. Cinquino specializes in complex jury research design and analysis, case development and advanced trial preparation including witness communication training, voir dire consultation and jury selection strategy. She has consulted on numerous high profile cases and has extensive experience advising clients on commercial, securities, antitrust, insurance, products liability, employment, maritime, intellectual property, medical malpractice, white collar criminal and capital punishment matters, among others. She enjoys sharing her expertise on pro bono matters as well.

Ms. Cinquino is a national resource for speaking engagements, media appearances and training sessions on jury related issues. She has lectured on topics covering witness preparation techniques, trial strategies, the psychology of persuasion and current event issues impacting juror opinion and decision making to litigation groups, legal organizations and corporations. Ms. Cinquino has provided legal commentary on high profile litigation for international television media programs and has authored and contributed to numerous articles featured in both regional and national publications.
